Ethan Roy Whaley was born on January 27, 1992 and has resided in Foxworth, MS since then.  Ethan has a younger sister, Abbey, who is a freshmen in high school.  He loves to spend time with her and mentor her in her everyday challenges.  Ethan graduated in 2010 from West Marion High School, where he was awarded Valedictorian of his class.  Ethan was also very active in his school with many extracurricular activities.  He played four years of varsity baseball and two years of varsity basketball, was the President of National Honor Society, and a member of Beta Club.  Ethan was voted an All-District baseball player during his junior and senior years.  He has received numerous academic awards during his high school career.  He was inducted to Phi Theta Kappa his freshman year of college, and was named on the Dean’s List for PRCC.  Ethan hopes to further his education at Mississippi State University where he will be majoring in engineering, most likely civil.

Ethan is a very head-strong person who has always been focused on completing his goals.  He does not let worldly things bother him; he always finishes something he starts.  His dream is to have an Master’s in engineering, a piece of land off in the country, and home with a loving wife and family.  He cannot await this day.  Ethan’s faith is his strong suit, and it will get him through many obstacles in life.  He hates failure, therefore, giving up is hardly an option.
