Olivia is currently a student at Pearl River Community College. She is a sophomore and is very involved in student life as well as her academics. She is Vice President of Fellowship in the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society. She is a two year member of the River Navigators. She also made the Dean’s List and is the recipient of the Marion/Jeff Davis Development Scholarship. Olivia was also elected Sophomore Maid for the 2011 PRCC Homecoming Court.¬†Outside of school, she holds a job at the Polished Looks Boutique in Columbia, MS. She works there on weekends and holidays. Olivia will graduate from PRCC in the spring of 2012 with her associates degree. She plans to be accepted into the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at the Pearl River Community College Hattiesburg Campus, and then further her career in Occupational Therapy.

 

Olivia was very active in high school as well, and had the oppurtunity to take a trip to Colorado for a leadership camp. This trip benefited her in many ways by learning valuable leadership skills and learning to appreciate different cultures. Olivia was also employed by a large corporation located in Columbia known as Southern Tire Mart. She began work there her senior year of high school and the summers throughout college. She did office-related work that introduced her to a serious work environment.

 

Outside of school and work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family. She has a large family that is very important to her. She also enjoys staying active and does her best to work out to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
